How many blogs have you made? How many posts?

It's been 25 days since you started. Hmm. How many blogs have you created? ONE? In that blog, how many posts are there? Five?
If you wish to earn online, here's the thing:
You must have many blogs (20 is good)
Your blogs must be full of stuff (basically words about the topic of your blog) (50 posts is good, for starters).
This is ANOTHER SECRET. I cannot believe I am spilling all these secrets to you for free, but there it is. The danger is--you might simply ignore it and say "BAH, I didn't pay Jomar anything for that information, maybe there's no value in that "SECRET".
Oaky, here's the reason:
Google needs lots of text in your blog that all talk about the same thing. If you're making a blog about cell phones, Google needs to know you're mentioning cell phones and cell related things like SIM,Unlimited Text,Candybar,Touchscreen and 2Megapixel cameras. This way the ads will be all about cellphones. Near empty blogs will have google confused as to what ads to put in there - so you sometimes get NO ads. No ads- no earnings for you.
Now, why more blogs? Once you've created a blog that earns say, 50 cents a day while you're doing something else - it's only clear to you that if you create 2 of these things, you're making an extra 30 dollars a month-semi passively! Now what if you have 5 or 10 or 20? Some blogs will NOT earn you anything - at first. Some blogs --will be so popular that they'll rake in 4 dollars a day. You want this? Create more blogs with more posts.

What attitude should you use when blogging?

Strange question, huh?

You have say, 10 blogs and you're posting like crazy and I'm saying that the attitude I use matters?

Yes it does, but not what you think.

Later, I'll explain.

But first, some "new" instructions. If you read the ENTIRE ADSENSE WEBSITE, you probably know about this already. But if not, read away....

ADDING URL CHANNELS
After each new blog you create (you have more than one, right?) You should be going tohttp://adsense.google.com and making sure that all new blogs have been added to the SETUP --->CHANNELS-->URL CHANNELS portion. ALL NEW BLOGS must be entered there.

SEEING MONEY
After a week, go back to that site and you'll see TODAY'S EARNINGS. Change that to "FOR ALL TIME" or "THIS MONTH". Then you'll see how much you've earned so far.

Click on URL Channels to find out which blog is earning you MORE than the rest.

ASSUMPTION (no, not the school)
For example if you have blogs about Dalmatians, Poodles, The Incredible Hulk Comics, Twilight, Hale Berry, Le Sports Sac and 3D electric fans. (hey, don't blame me if the list is weird).

Let's also say that among all the above blogs, the one about Dalmatians get the most visitors.

ATTITUDE
Now, regarding attitude, once you've identified w/c blog is really getting more visitors, you SHOULD LOVE that blog - or at least DEVOTE MORE TIME to the blog.

Why? Because from now on, YOU'RE GOING TO BE THE EXPERT on that topic. What topic? The topic that the blog is talking about, say DALMATIANS (A breed of dogs). Now you say ""Wha? I don't know anything about DALMATIANS, I just looked at http://trends.google.comand it was GOING UP/HIGH, so I blogged about it."  Yes, I know. I don't know about reverse mortgages also, but I need to know more about them - because lots of people want to know more about them - from my blog!

You attitude now must be "I'm An Expert In Dalmatians" and I'll research some more to increase my knowledge. Then you will have to start writing ORIGINAL or compilations of original stuff in that Dalmatian blog.

That's it. Once you're an internet expert - keep it up -and then you can convert your blog into an EBOOK later.

Hopefully, you can register to the online Internet Marketing Workshop Club and learn to set up an online store for your new ebook. Or just sell it from the blog or go to http://www.shopify.comand sell it there.

What to sell online? How to earn online?

Q: I just would like to inquire how to go about this online marketing. What are the sellable products and how to arrange with the product owner for the online promotion? Of course, the most important question is how to earn from this online promotion?

A: Arnold, just to let you know that you actually asked an umbrella question, that has as many as 1000 answers. So let's start simple:

1. Sellable products: weight loss, health, facial care, sexual impotence, confidence boosters, bags, gadgets, ebooks (this list is in no way complete). I invite you to go to EBAY.com and just LOOK intently at their main page. In it you'll find "TOP 10 SELLING BRANDS". Now take your pick.

2. Arrange with product owner: You're talking about Affiliate Marketing. Just identify a person who's (for simplicity) selling an EBOOK about any of the topics above. Locate the word "AFFILIATE" in their website. Or you can google this: WEIGHT LOSS AFFILIATE. Select a product from the search results - checking if you like the offer they're giving you. For example, for every paying customer you bring to their website, you get 50% of the price of the item they buy.  You normally do not create a website, they create it for you. You just "invite" people to go to that site.

Does this sound like becoming a salesman? CORRECT! Affiliate marketing IS becoming a salesman for others -and is the simplest way for you to start online marketing.

Follow the instructions of the product owner and you're set!

3. How to earn? See #2. Of course, there are other ways, like online blog ads, pay per click promotions, blog reviewing. My three month e course will concentrate on online blog ads, so keep reading the emails and follow them!

How to find virtual assistants (va)

I mentioned in my live events (http://internetmarketingworkshop.blogspot.com) that to do web promotions, it's better to hire VAs to do this work because it is tedious. For those interested, and those who are willing to start fresh on VAs - you may hire my VA's on a daily basis for a limited time.

How to name/call/descibe your blog?

Q: My blog is named after my beautiful dog (skippy) and new baby (marie). It contains all my financial adventures and business book reviews. Is this okay?

A: Yes it's nice to have a blog named skippymarie to remind you of your loved ones. But if you wish to have people visit your blog and take it seriously and stumble upon it when they surf, the RULE is:

Name the blog (nameofblog.blogspot.com) according to what it contains (what it's about).

Title the blog according to what it contains. The description (found in blogger-->settings-->description) according to the contents.

So a blog about "financial adventures and business book reviews" should be named:

FinancialAdventures.blogspot.com or
FinanceBookReviews.blogspot.com or
WealthBooksReviews.blogspot.com

Clear?

MANY BLOGGERS DO NOT KNOW THIS. Congratulate yourself! Now you know.

However there's SOMETHING MISSING.

The Location, The City, Something Local.

What's that?

The word PINOY tells the internet that your blog is written by a pinoy or is for pinoys all over the world.

The word AUSSIE tells that's about something Australian.

So the blog name examples should be:

PinoyFinancialAdventures.blogspot.com or
AussieFinanceBookReviews.blogspot.com or
CanadianWealthBooksReviews.blogspot.com

No Ads on my blog

Q: I can't see any ads on my blog. Why is that? I know I did it right!

A: I have a Naughty answer and a Serious answer:

Naughty answer (you have been warned!)

Open the newspaper from last sunday, lots of ads right?
Open the newspaper from today, do you see the same ads?
Woah! The ads disappeared! Something must be wrong!
;)
Now, how come there are different ads per day? And some of the ads aren't there?

Now open a newspaper from another country...
WOAH! They have different ads! No jollibee or BPI ads. Why is that?

Serious answer:

The appearance of ads in blogs is dependent on the location of the computer, the time and date when the blog was opened - and the decision of the company advertising when the ads should appear.

No ads today? Try next week, in another location, call up your US friend and ask them to LOOK at your blog (not to click on the ads).

More than one idea on a single website

Q: Can you have more than one idea on a single website or do you have to make a new website for each idea? does each website cost? how much? There are many free web design sites out there,could i use those instead?

A: By website, I take it you mean BLOG? If my assumption is correct, and you do want to earn from this website, then no - you must have ONE IDEA only per site. By idea - I take it you mean "niche or market".

Example: One site can only talk about your carnival experiences but not details about your dog - unless your it's about your dog in the carnival.  Remember that you want the ads to be around a single topic only - you get more consistent ads this way. By ads I mean Google Ads fromadsense.google.com

Websites/blog can be had for free via Blogger.com. You can't use wordpress.com even if you like to because wordpress.com doesn't allow you to make money from it.

What to Blog

Are you still undecided on what to blog about? 

Welcome to the door. 

This door is an entry way to another world.

A world that you want to be in - freedom from many annoying things for starters.

Like 5pm weekday floods, monday mornings, bossy bosses and crummy lunch partners.

Now everybody wants to enter this door.

However most will just stand by it and think think think, not even decide to turn the knob because they're afraid to fail.

Fail at what? That maybe the blog topic they passionately pick -will not earn money!

Of course it won't.

You're a beginner, you're already expecting perfection on the first try?

Let me remind you of all the failures you experienced in your first time to eat (you had to be fed), to walk (you had to fall so many times you forgot all about it already) and of course all your non-"A" or non-100% perfect exams in the past. Don't tell me you had no mistakes in all your school exams.  You didn't label them failures, so why start now.

The first blog you create will probably earn $2.00 in 2 years. 

So go do it immediately. 

So the next one you create, tomorrow and the next ones will earn lots more.

You just need to start blogging.

And stick to it until you RESEARCH a niche or topic that earns more.

For your practice blog, use your entire name or nickname as blog name or blog address.  But remember that your blog URL ( happymelodies.blogspot.com) must be the same as the blog title (what people see when they enter your blog). SAME url to SAME title. That's why your blog must be descriptive of what it contains.

Adsense Rejection

I've been receiving questions and anxious emails about registering in adsense.  They say they're disapproved at once or later on-banned.   This is mostly for Pinoys who actually try to get an adsense approval for their new blog. You need to have a 5 month old blog to get a better chance at an adsense approval according to Google Philippines Representative. So just use the time to learn about excellent blogging in the meantime.

But what is adsense? Remember my mentioning that a blog is a magazine? Well magazines like COSMO are thicker than magazines like Kerygma because of one thing: ADS. Advertisments. Google Adsense is a way to put advertisements into your blog for free.

Yes, for free.

To make that happen, you apply for a Google Adsense account (adsense.google.com). If approved they can now put ads into your blog. These ads will allow you to earn MONEY from the blog. 

Adsense however have rules that you may have violated when you applied that may be the reason why someone can be disapproved.

Once disapproved : first, do not take it personally. Instead google says:

"If your application wasn't approved, you're welcome to resubmit it for review. Before doing so, please read the application status message you received for more details on why your application was disapproved.

You may make any necessary updates to your application and resubmit by logging in tohttp://adsense.google.com using the email address and password you provided with your application. Once you've resolved all issues with your application, click 'Resubmit'."

That's pretty simple.

In adsense, you are being asked for a website, you should have entered the blog you created under your name, like: GloriaArroyo.blogspot.com -if that is your name. If you enteredblogger.com -your application will be disapproved.

Click https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=47333&ctx=sibling
to find out if you entered your snail mailing address correctly.

Now if you've tried applying again, please make sure you wipe the tears from your eyes (if necessary) because you're taking this adsense thing too seriously.  Instead - make sure you've read the status message as to why your application was disapproved.

In the meantime, register again, using :

1. Different Snail Mail Address (that will still reach you, provincial, office, home)

2. Different Name (this time spell out your middle name or remove it)

3. Different person altogether (your husband, wife, children)

4. Different email address

5. Different Blog (for the website URL)

Most likely that second account will be approved.

What is a Post

A:  First of all, a POST is the contents of a blog. A magazine has articles. A blog has blogposts.

Oh, by the way, what's a blog? A blog is LIKE an online magazine. You normally create blogs using http://www.blogger.com. It's free.

In blogging you can have unlimited posts. You don't need to pay for any of it unless you hired someone to ghost write for you.

The important thing is -you post as many as you can Of course not like 100 posts a day.  Say a week. Does that scare you? Does making money scare you?

You're supposed to answer "no", to both questions.

How to Pay your Debt

In an informal survey the most common answer to the question: “What is the one thing that is stopping you from getting out of the ‘rat race’ and into the fast track?”, is having BIG DEBT. An anonymous comment in one blog is as follows:

“I’ve grown my debt and now it’s haunting me…bank keeps calling at my office…I thought having a credit card is great but I’m wrong coz now my debt is greater than my income…I hate this kind of life.”

Do you know how to get out of BIG, crushing, credit card debts?
